Dear Readers, this year has been one of triumph and loss. We have grown together, we have grieved together, and with every passing day, we learn more about each other.

At this time of year, with the economy the way it is and the Covid-19 pandemic still looming, it is easy to lose sight of the reason for the season.
While we each celebrate in our own way, in our neck of the woods, one thing remains consistent – our love for one another and our desire to make someone’s day a little brighter.
To my family, friends, our military, home and abroad, near and far, and our devoted readers, I personally would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
